Crosshair installation on Falcon 2 pro 40w causing issues

I installed a crosshair on my Falcon 2 Pro 40w. I have not been able to get it to work without causing the program to glitch. Once I get the offset set, and test, it will home to the right, dock and beep. My home start is left. I have looked and I have not found anyone else to have this issue, so I figure I must be doing something wrong. I reverted back to the last version of LB (1.7.07) and that seemed to make it worse. Has anyone had this issue and any suggestions on how to fix it?

What steps did you take to install it?
You must’ve changed something incorrectly.

That’s what I figure, but I only measured offset and enabled pointer offset. I can’t think of anything else I do that messed up my settings. Oh and use current position instead of absolute

This can do it. I always use Absolute Coords unless using the Rotary. That way, you can imagine looking down through the Lightburn workspace to the laser workarea. Makes things much more predictable.

I tested using absolute and it seems to be working. Doing a test engrave now, but it didn’t shoot right when framing. Thank you
