Current Position AND Origin

Machine: AtomStack A24 Pro

Starting a new project I draw 1" box. Use either user “origin” or “current position” and hit “frame” WORKS! Hit “Start” and laser goes flying off in a direction crahes into rail. “Home” out machine go to some corridiantes try it again “Frame” works but hit “start” same thing.

Used “select All” to see if any other object but only that one

Also using “swapped X/Y” Does it with or without it
Reinstalled LightBurn 1.6.0.3
Reset AtomStackGo to origin workd fine too

Why does the machine race off but the frame works?

There is another option, Absolute Coords. Try that and see what happens.

That works fine. No problem

I’m returning the atomstack. Might be something in the controller

Atomstack:
If I move to a position in the work area. Lets say 6,6 and set that as my origin the console says 5.000,5.000 but get position says 0.157,0.118

shouldn’t they match?

It apears that Lightburn fixed this problem in v1.3 with the “Get Position” button not reading back right in wibows version but forgot to fix it on the mac side. Or they didn’t have a mac computer to test it.
