Curt settings question

Hey all, I was wondering if there was a way to keep the cut settings uniform across files

By that is there a way to set the cut settings to be aligned to the software rather than individual files?

Not exactly what you’re describing but might actually be better. If all settings were perfectly uniform across all files then you couldn’t override or load a file with the settings saved as they were.

This approach will allow you to preserve cuts within a file but reset settings back to a default state every time you open LightBurn or when you start a new project.

It’s a 2 step process:

1. First edit your cut settings for each layer. Set everything as you’d like them to be. Then push “Make Default”. You need to do this for every layer you want to be persistent, even if you haven’t changed anything on that layer.
