Ok question how do I curve text along the top of this arch this is what happens when I try

Anyone know how to leave the text curved after doing this and get rid of the line or path under it?
I dont want a line etched … just the text cureved.
Either:
A) Move the path to a different layer and set that layer to No Output.
or
B) Select the text then do: Edit -> Convert to path. That converts the text to a path and it’s no longer editable as text, but it will retain it’s shape when you delete your line or path out from under it.
