Cut offset from engraving

Hey guys,

i want to cut a file 120mm high.
The problem is, that the cut has an offset of about 1mm.
The hight of the finished cut is exactly 120mm.

Tried to change the Origin. But nothing changes.
At the top of the unicorn there is no offset at the lower the more offset i have.

I already tried to lower down the acceleration from 8000mm/s² (manifacture-setting) to 1000mm/s²
Tried different speeds between 100mm/s up to 200mm/s for engraving. Cutting is at 5mm/s (1pass)

No matter what i do. The offset still stays the same.

“PWM rising edge valid” I can´t find i the options, it is not available.

With smaler cuts (15mm x 15mm) i don´t have this problems.

Any ideas what to do?

Thanks a lot
Andreas

I tried making a square.
In Y i have the same offset again.
X seems to be ok.

You can clearly see that in Y-Direction the engraving an cutting at the bottom doesn´t match. Also the measure of the engraved area in Y is far away from what it should be (47.3 instead of 48mm)

Afters hours and hours of trying with almost every parameter in the setting of lightburn and the controller itself i made it.
It was the setting of the Pulse Edge.
X & Y were both on “falling edge”. Also Y had a little problem with the calibration of the step length.
Setting Y to “rising edge” and giving it the same step length as X solved the problems of the offset and the calibration.
