I want to cut out just a small portion of a circle to make this ornament. I can’t seem to figure out how to do it. I need some help. Thanks.
As RalphU says, make sure both objects are on the same cut layer. Highlight the nativity scene and inner black circle ring and then use the Weld command. This should modify both objects so that they are correctly joined together.
