Cut Palette Window is Tiny

Anyone know how to resize this to make it usable? No matter if I dock it to the sides, top/bottom, or drag it to just sit in the window, it stays TINY to the point it doesn’t display any colors.

Been trying for two hours to enlarge it to regular usable size.

Try Window>Reset to default layout
