I am using LB 1.0.06, trying to follow the video Cutting a single project larger your laser (pass-through version) - YouTube, but I cannot get the tool enabled to use.
Is there any specific type of file that has to be used to have the tool working? I am trying to use a png file at this point. I noticed the video was published back in 2020. Do I have the wrong type of file or the feature was never released?
If you’re trying to follow the tutorial directly then you won’t be able to use a PNG or any other image format. It’s based on a vector drawing. You could draw a simple set of shapes in LightBurn directly or load as SVG or other vector format.
