Can you upload the DXF file? I would like to open it in CAD and check a few arcs. One arc in LB is over 4800 inches

The extremely large arcs are essentially straight lines. A good designer would never use large arcs to represent straight lines. It is unnecessary. The DXF import in LB is pretty accurate. If the entities in the DXF are straight lines, LB wouldn’t convert them to arcs.
