I want to cut an array of holes where the holes are going to be as small as possible. In theory you can think of it as a circle with a diameter of zero.
Is there a way of cutting a single point? Or should I just aim for the smallest circle I can convince the controller to support?

Would kind of be a pain to setup but you could create the circles as VERY short line segments (~0.2mm). That’s basically the side of the laser dot so should work. If it’s not making it all the way through, you could use the “cut through” mode in the cut settings to force it to stay on for some period of time - you’d need to play with it to see how long works best.
You could build the array using the ‘Perforation mode’ setting the gap and line length to ensemble.
