LightBurn has a Print & Cut feature that uses registration marks, which is what I thought you were using, and having trouble with. If you’re not doing that, there’s your problem. 
I think the center in your printer is for the PRINTABLE space on paper, so without the margins left and right. If the margins left and right are different from each other(and margins from top and bottom) you will never be in the center of your sheet…
