I have a 40w OHMtech laser running the latest Lightburn software. Mirrors and the lense clean. My laser will cut 5 mil plywood great in certain areas, but not in far right corners and bottom. Engraving is fine everywhere. Bed measures out to be level.
Any other suggestions OTHER THAN continue to adjust mirrors ???

In most of these there is a 4th corner error… This can be corrected by very minor adjustment of m1. Not sure if this applies to you as it sounds like in your description that the error is occurring on the right hand side of the machine…
Maybe you can elaborate on it a bit more… and we can make some better suggestions.
Gravity makes for a handy reference, but level and 3 dimensionally square are not necessarily the same.
Generally speaking, these and other cnc machines work in space with no gravity and yours should work hanging on the wall, if you can hold onto the material…

Watch this alignment video by Russ Sadler and he explains at 33:09 into the video, symptoms of this error and how to correct it… The whole video is excellent, even though he has adjustments you probably don’t. It’s till worth a watch…
