I have an Omtech 2028-60 with a processing area of 27.5 x 19.7. I am trying to cut out a 27x19 square starting in the upper right corner.
For some reason my Y axis (vertical movement) will not go past about 8-1/2". I have checked all of the settings I know (Machine settings/max travel, Device settings/bed size 27.559w x 19.685h) is this information stored someplace else?

Although you’re thinking in inches, the controller is resolutely metric. The ratio 19.7 / 8.5 is close enough to 2.54 to suggest there’s a conversion error lurking in there somewhere.
Include screenshots of the Edit → Machine Settings → Vendor Settings pages for the X and Y axes, so we can see the limits.
What is your machines console for X & Y when this occurs?
I found my problem, switch in Lightburn for rotary was left turned on.
