Does anyone cut 2mm [or thicker] Photo Mount Card to make 3D layered models please? if so what would be a starting point for settings, im using a Creality 40w

Maybe this post will helps for the 3D layers.
For cut settings you have to make material cut tests, depending on the color, but don’t give it too much power and too little speed due to the risk of fire, only change one variable at a time.
e.g. start with 6000mm/m 12.5% power 2mm card, do 4 or 5 multiple passes. increase power 2,5% at a time, and check results.
As a start here you have Creality settings and you can use 20W mode (less power but smaller beam).
