My hose came off the back of my water chiller and drained my laser coolant. I ordered new coolant, refilled to the correct position, SECURED my lines correctly but now my chiller is usually around 31 degrees celcius. I have factory reset the chiller and then manually setup for the temps I want. Set the F3 function to 1 for constant temp rather than the auto, F0 to 18 degrees, and F9 to 20 degrees. Still the same result. I have ran the process several times, using both the auto settings and the manual settings. Both way i will run around 30 degrees. I would assume I have damaged something but not sure what to troubleshoot from here. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
My first 5202 didn’t function when I got it. They are pretty simple internally, very few components. There’s only the temperature control box and refrigeration system as far as I recall.
Here’s the users guide and maintenance manuals for my 5200 series… Maybe they will help.
Probably either the temperature control unit or the refrigeration unit. You should be able to check voltages and determine which.
