I am looking for training and/or an option within LightBurn software to assist with circular images on a bottle to ensure it looks/engraves round. The JDS folks made a comment today during their live presentation about stretching the image to ensure it looks correct to the eye once it engraves.
It’s really as simple as unlocking the aspect ratio and changing the width of your circle. I usually do about 10-15%, but you really need to experiment and see what looks good to you. Put a double layer of painters tape on your mug, and engrave with low power so you just mark the tape. Re-tape as necessary to experiment and not mess up a mug.
