Dashes instead of solid lines until progress bar reaches 100%

I’m doing a large project (map), at the beginning of the project there is a progress bar (this is new since update) until the bar reaches 100%,all lines are dashes instead of solid. As soon it hits 100%, lines are then solid for the rest of the project. Any help would be greatly appreciated! See image

Are you using the Start button? If so, try using Send and running from the panel. Does that change the result?
