DAVI CO2 RF - Connection problem

I received new equipment today, the DAVI CO2 RF laser machine.
BJJCZ FBLI-B-LV7 Controller
Source - DAVI CO2 RF 40W

When connecting to LB, I select the JCZ card (it doesn’t find it automatically), and at the bottom of LB, the connection status is "Unrecognized board signature: 0000238409002002

What could be the problem? LB does not support this board?

When adding a Galvo to LightBurn, it can only choose the correct device type for you. The controller does not hold any preferences, like with GRBL firmware.

You need to load the manufacturer’s config file during the setup. Please see:

“Unrecognized board signature” is not an error, but a message that means LightBurn can talk to the controller, but we have not previously seen its ID, and don’t know 100% what to call it internally.

We just treat them as a USB-LITE board, and usually that works.

LB does not support this board

I can’t say for sure.
We were asked about the “Unrecognized board signature” message here and here, but I haven’t heard back.
EZCAD reported that the controller is an USB-LITE board, so it should work in LightBurn!

Load your manufacturer’s markcfg7 file as explained in the link above and let us know how it works please
