Definitely a newbie. What to buy?

Ok. I have been in the CNC world for about a year now. Doing great with that. Have a Shapeoko xxl GRBL 1.1 . I just bought an endurance 10 watt diode laser, in fact it came today and still in the box. So, i will be using it on my laptop for designing and my wife will also be using it on her laptop for designing but i have a desktop that runs my CNC machine and ultimately running the laser. Question is do i need to purchase two licenses or just one? This is the first of I’m sure many questions that i will be coming up with. Thanks
