My upper and lower image borders are pinched in. The outer left and right are stretched out. I tried calibrating, but that deformed anything I tried to engrave. My focus is off…it says to read from lower edge of pointer. But I have to read from the upper edge or there’s no focus and nothing etches. Even the test pattern that I did on black construction paper came out bulging and pinched. Any ideas? Please? Gweike G2 Pro. Image is on galvanized, no warp.
