We have seen some ‘Mysterious’ behavior that corrupts the Hosts file on Microsoft Computers.
Please open C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts and confirm that it’s blank or code that is fully commented out.
If some a rule like 127.0.0.1 exists for lightburnsoftware or for github it may be the cause of the downloading problem.
