I’m having problems printing to scale with Lightburn. I used a test object of a square that is 1in x 1in. when I send this to my desktop laser-jet printer the object prints out much larger. the printer is a Brother HL-3140cw and I’m working off a Mac. The printer settings are set to 100% scale.
I too use a Mac. Try doing a print to PDF of a 25mm, 50mm and 100mm square on your page.
This is what it looked like when I did it, formatted for A4. It’s what I would expect to see.
I suspect you have a mismatch between mm and inches in your LB>printer setup.
