I have purchased license few hours ago and still didnt get any email. Also i have tried to login to license portal and i dont get any email.

Looking into our systems, I find the order completed and key was sent to the address provided without bounce. Please search all mail for ‘LightBurn License Key’ and check all spam / promotion folders as the message can sometimes land there.
I replied to your email to support just now. Please review and confirm receipt.
