Not sure what I’ve accomplished here. I drew a square box added a tab and slot. When I previewed the tab is wider than the slot and has radiused corners???
After this I went to Boxes.py to verify my process. The small project turned out correct as I expected. What have I done?

Can you show your Cut 02 layer settings page, double click the layer line so it pops up
And or your LBRN file
All in the detail! lol, I’m not sure how I inserted the 2.032. The actual kerf from my test is .089. I’ve attached the kerf test (from the LHG) and the detail as an attached file if that helps
I’ll adjust and check that result.
