I’ve just had a little play and found that if you change a setting in Affinity Designer it will copy and paste into LB as vectors and in my brief tests it comes through at the correct size.
EDIT: You also need to make sure that you’ve set the DPI of your Affinity document to the same DPI as set in LB:
