Replaced the cables just in case, also reinstalled software. Software says laser is connected. Cannot fire nor will the machine frame. Only thing I have done over last 24 hours was purchase my license.
Any ideas?
Did you ‘enable’ the laser?
This is in the ‘Edit → Device Settings’
Sure did. It was working fine. I can click fire but get nothing and if I click frame holding shift it doesn’t move. I’m not hearing the fan on the laser either.
