It was a small project, just how to test how it can be done. I have no use for it 
(yet).
I just wanted to see if you can misuse the z-axis for this use case, and it works fine. I think that’s already done like this in other laser types, but I didn’t see it for a diode laser yet. Of course, for real usage, you need to add automatic loading and unloading of the table.
