I think I can program the cuts and layers to do the whole job on auto with the black lines being the last, my problem is does the last cut go on the bottom or top, I would start with 02-,01-03-07 and 00 last plase correct me if I am wrong.

If I understand, yes, this is correct. Place this cut operation layer at the bottom and it should be processed last.
