Im trying to get our company Lightburn account back active on a newer computer but thats proving to be almost impossible. Tried signing in to old acct, password doesn’t work, try to reset password and its been a week still now email (reset request has been send numerous times). With the long wait and no response from support, we tried just making another acct and were gonna deactivate the key for the old computer. New acct, can’t sign in the Lightburn, new acct only gets us into the forum acct
Check your Spam folder for password reset email. If not successful send email to Support@lightburnsoftware.com.
