Importing the config file should’ve already correctly assigned the axes. But if you prefer a different orientation, reversing the direction is the correct thing to do!
The .COR lens correction file you have loaded already sets the “Scale” factor. If 100mm comes out as 101mm, you are either not at the correct focal height, or the .COR file from the manufacturer is not precise.

With Galvo devices, we stream the entire job in one go. We don’t receive feedback from the controller until it’s finished. I think the 100% just indicates how much of the job has already been streamed to the laser’s buffer.
In order to display “XX passes done out of XX,” we’d have to send each pass individually, wait for a response, and then send the next pass. That sounds like a major change to me. @lightburn can probably explain this better than I can.
