Hi everyone. I bought LT-20W-A from Aliexpress and I have been using it for a few years without any problems. But yesterday while working with 5% power, the component in the SOT-23-6 case suddenly burned. I cannot read the part number on it. Can someone who has this module tell me what is written on the component marked in the image so that I can replace it with a new one.
Congratulations and welcome to the forum.
Here is a new one only 7 in stock.
Unfortunately the component you need identified has no name in the amazonki store.
I have a similar board. There are no markings visible but Im 99% sure that it is a Mosfet driver. as one pin goes direct to the mosfet gate. Pin 5.
There are many boards like this for sale on aliexpress. I hope you can trace the event to something that might have blown it like over voltage or reverse polarity.
Perhaps its time for a new laser but get one with a similar board.
It COULD also be just a random failure ..good luck

If it still works for you, the integrated one in that position is an OC5031B. https://es.aliexpress.com/item/1005006943462848.html?spm=a2g0o.productlist.main.3.7a233beeXbQK5F&algo_pvid=234ec447-84ca-43cf-b440-4e56a919fa04&algo_exp_id=234ec447-84ca-43cf-b440-4e56a919fa04-2&pdp_ext_f={"order"%3A"1"%2C"eval"%3A"1"}&pd p_npi=6%40dis%21USD%212.37%212.37%21%21%2116.96%2116.96%21%40210318c317548435606165508e1eb2%2112000038807693520%21sea%21CO%21119284%21X%211%210%21n_tag%3A-29919%3Bm03_new_user%3A-29895&curPageLogUid=KhMXoDIZUGSk&utparam-url=scene%3Asearch%7Cquery_from%3A
I just damaged my control board when I changed the power supply and connected the power supply polarity inverted. Smoke is coming out, and I can’t see where it’s coming from. I’m looking at the ICs to get an idea of the repair cost before I start analyzing the board. (The devices are very small.)
