The most common reason for Error 1 (In the first few lines like Line Zero) is selecting a device profile that does not match the device receiving the instructions.
Selecting iLaser is the usual culprit, but I don’t know what to expect from a Mecpow laser.
When the engraver first connects to LightBurn, it often says which GRBL version it’s using. If you scroll back in the Console window, you can select and copy that text and paste it into a reply here. That can go a long way toward identifying the device and getting the communication sorted out.
