I used to use 8bit and marlin 1.9 board. do not know what 2.x 32bit will do
Lightburn doesnt care which board you have - it reads and issues serial commands - if all is configured correctly, it will interpret the response from the board either OK or ERROR.
Choose Marlin in the setup dialogue:
