Does powering the bridge on/off with a switch cause any damage? Or is it better to keep it on all the time. I have it plugged into my lasers extra outlet so if I didn’t use the switch it would still power on/off with the machine, I’d like to use it this way if possible for easier cable management , but if there’s a chance it’ll damage it then I’ll plug it to constant power.

It shouldn’t do any harm - but you may want to make sure that your Bridge is assigned the same IP address by your router each time it connects. This would be done from inside your router’s web page as a static IP address assignment.
If you need help with that, let us know what you have as a router/modem in your network and we can try to find you a manual. Typically, router settings are accessed by entering ‘192.168.1.1’ or ‘192.168.0.1’ in your web browser’s address bar.
