I downloaded a 30 trial ver of Lightburn, I purchased a Haotian 60 fiber but will not get for several more weeks. How can I use lightburn to learn?

I would start designing the projects you will be using your machine for. That is the biggest learning curve. Without the machine you can do no power speed testing.
There are a huge number of videos online
Louisiana Hobby Guy is a great teacher and has a large channel.
MikeyH on this forum also has a lot of how-to videos.

Without a machine, you can make a “Dummy Laser” using the Device button in the Laser window. I bought Lightburn while in NY while my laser was in FL.
