Double-Click to launch file with accents fails

I wish to report a bug with filepaths:

I can open a file with diacritics (in this case Š) without any problem via the Open dialogue.
But a double click on the file will produce the error.

Windows 8.1

I’ll have a look - do you have yours set to open in the same window, or a new window for each file?

Autolaunch in running copy is ON.

This is fixed for the next release.
