We have recently added lightburn to another laptop. I am unable to use any double laser options on the new laptop. I have compared all settings on both computers and cannot find any differences. How do I set up lightburn for a double laser?
Try exporting the device profile from the original computer.
Push the Device button in Laser window. Then click the name of your laser. Then Export. Then import the profile into the new computer. That should guarantee identical setup.
Can you confirm you’re running the same version of LightBurn on both computers?

Thank you very much. Exporting and then importing did the trick. What is the best way to go about set up in the future? I would like to know how to go through the set up process without having to copy over settings from another computer.
It’s not clear to me what was missing in the initial configuration.
Did you enable the “Laser 2 Controls” in Device Settings? If not, you would need to do so.
I do not see that option anywhere.
Laser 2 Enable will appear in Device Settings when the Ruida controller is selected in the Laser window.
