Laser spot on different axis is behaving very differently X axis is making very thin single cut but Y axis making two thin cut,initially thought problem with lense and replaced new lense but no improvement

attaching some images, in the fiocal point itself the beam looks separated and wider than usual focus tested with 20% power to 3.5 meter wall ,
It looks like one diode is misaligned / broken. The top line should be very similar to the lower three ones. I suggest sending those pictures to Sculpfun support, they usually can help out by sending a new module.

Since the last update I was done wall test on daily basis to check the laser spot
Today I found number of spot reduced ,attaching some photos taken one day apart
Sculpfun support responded and ask to share wall test results and do a material test with specific parameters shared by them to determine the laser performance
The forth diode died, obviously. There’s not much to do except a replacement.
