Double Lines When Engraving

I tried engraving a tumbler this evening and ran into this issue. I am getting double lines and not sure why. The only thing that has changed is I updated to the new Lightburn 2.0.0. In the settings I have tried Stucki, Threshold, and Jarvis (which I typically use). I did double check the belt tension and it’s stiff, nothing has changed.

Laser: 1Laser Hyda9 using the 2nd laser, 38W RF

Any ideas?

Change the image to a vector object. Use the TRACE command. Engrave with FILL setting.

The double lines are from a mechanical problem. You have slop in the x axis. Loose belt or bolt.

I figured it out. During the update to v2.0.0, it wiped out my RF laser offsets (laser 2), but it left laser 1 intact. After correcting that, it’s running perfectly again.
