Double Stoke Fonts

I’ve noticed that some fonts are single stroke and some (a lot of scripts) are double.
Is there a way to convert the double to a single stroke?
I find that I’m not getting a good cut with the double.
Picture shows the tag (bottom) where the font is crisp and clean.
We used the exact same font and specs but ours is not coming out the same

I believe the cut option needs to be line in order to get the clean lines but with the double lines… It stays fuzzy
