Download Lightburn on second computer

I’m trying to download Lightburn on a second computer. I have Windows 10 version 22H2 (OS Build 19044.4651). I also have latest version of Lightburn and have just renewed my license. When I try to download I get a message stating that Lightburn is not compatible with this version of Windows. First is it compatible? Second does anybody have any ideas on how to get it to download? Thanks

You probably have a 32bit machine.

Thank you. That’s what it is. I guess I can’t run lightburn on this computer. I need a new or used 64 bit computer.

Thanks for the info and help. Getting Windows reinstalled with 64 bit. Fingers crossed that will do the trick
