Drawer Organizer for CNC Router Parts

It was long overdue. Although something like this is usually highly customized / specific to the individual’s drawer size or parts, I am including the project file here if it is able to help get anyone started (if they’re interested in making something similar).

I made mine with ½" acrylic, but you can use whatever you have lying around.

Looks super i wish i had the time to make one.

Hah - I can’t say as I’ve ever had 1/2" acrylic “laying around”.

It looks like a professional sales video, just missing your logo and a price tag. :+1:
These kinds of videos have something, once I first started it I almost get hypnotized. :flushed:
Very fine! and thank you for sharing with the rest of us.
Jeff, the little red thing on the nozzle, is that your rangefinder / focus sensor?

Thanks for the feedback, and yes that is a N/O pin switch for focusing. This link should take you to a video right at the point the focus is being used:

An elegant and decent solution, I think it’s a better way than the long contact sticks that protrude and catch in the carved items once in a while.

I noted your burn and cut settings for the acrylic. What type of laser are you using?

Is that a 4" lens? What watt laser?
