Can;t find driver for windows 10 serial port

Help totally new to this

It might need a driver to talk to LightBurn. It’ll usually be an FDTI driver, but if it’s an Arduino clone, it might be using the cheaper CH340. The FTDI driver can be installed with LightBurn at the end. The CH340 drivers are here: https://sparks.gogo.co.nz/ch340.html (both of these are chips that handle USB to serial communication with small microcontrollers - these chips and drivers are how the micro’s talk to your PC)

I see you list SnapMaker. Did you install their software, as it will provide their driver?

RICK — I could kiss you right now and I am so grateful I kept digging. I ordered Atomstack A5 Pro and followed their instructions - downloaded a .rar file opener and nothing was working - I just assumed it was not compatible and then you send a link and I was like, what the hell, and BOOM - Laser instantly went to READY - THANK you so much for the driver install that actually worked!!
