I am new to this laser cutting. I drew up a piece that is 50mm square with a 26mm hole in the middle. When it cut it came out 50mm square but with a 21mm hole. Went back and checked the file and it says 26mm circle. Don’t know why it cut a 21mm hole? Any ideas on what to check? The machine is a Xtool D1 pro and a 20 watt laser.
The most common reason is the rapid movement between square and the circle is being eaten by backlash. Loose belts

I cut 4 of them. It cut the squares first then cut the circles. they all came out the same.
