Dual head cutting job not alligned on LCD screen

Hello!

I have a issue with lightburn that I do not have with RDworks. I hate RDworks and love Lightburn so I need to fix this :D.

The problem: I have a dual head laser. One 300 Watt tube for cutting and one 70Watt tube for engraving.

The offset is 80mm on the X axis and this works great in Lightburn and RD works.

But for some reason: the RD works file shows the preview as it should on the lcd screen and lightburn file does not. The text, cut by tube 2 is not showing.

Here are photos of the same file loaded with lightburn and RD works, the cutting result is the same. Only the visual presentation is wrong somehow.

Loaded by RD works:

Loaded by Lightburn:

My controller is a 6445S from Ruida.

Does anyone has a tip?

Second Question:
In RD works you can specify how the air assist should work in the use settings: “Laser on = air on”, “On when program is running” and “always on”

In Lightburn I can not find this option and at the moment the airvalve is shut off when the laser stops cutting. So for every cut the airvalve is switched on and off. sometimes a few hundred times per project. Where is the option to keep it on in lightburn?

I hope this is readable and thanks for your tips and tricks!

Hello!

The air assist is fixed. I could adjust the setting in RD works and load it to the controller. Now it works, also when using Lightburn.

Nobody an idea about the alignment issues?
