DXF file problems

I am trying to import a DXF file from Aspire into Lightburn and get it to run on my machine. I bring it into LB and adjust it and save it to a thumb drive. When I load it into the machine- I get no files error. Yet if I create a file in LB and save it sees a file and will load and cut.

I can export the following file types and will any of these work?
EPS
DXF
AI
SVG
PDF

Saving to a thumb drive using which OS. The Ruida needs the file in the root and only used the old DOS naming convention (eight characters.) If you want to run a file from the thumb drive, save as an RD File (button in ‘Laser’ window.
