Edit nodes mode, move node less then 0,1 mm

I have 2 closed shapes, I want to change the width of the joints.
If I highlight one node in Edit nodes mode, with Ctrl+Shift+arrrow the minimum amount that I can move is 0,1mm. How can I move less?
I want to be symmetrical on the drawing, so on both sides, I need to change the shape. Therefore the result is 0,1+0,1mm. It is too much.

You can change the distance of arrow movements in Edit->Settings.
