Editing nodes by modifying XY values

I’m able to change node positions on a path by clicking and dragging, but for precision I’d like to modify the X and Y values of a node directly. A quick search for this functionality has drawn a blank. Is this functionality available?

This is currently not possible however there are some feature requests for this already. Please upvote to bring this to the Dev Team attention.
