Emblaser 2 restarts on job start

I have an emblaser 2 - lightburn v1.0.04 - Windows 11

Framing works fine.

When I start a job the laser positions to the correct co ordinates, then lowers.
The moment the laser starts, the whole machine turns off ( almost like a power cut ). It then restarts like normal.

I have tried even the lowest power and still no luck.

Has anyone had this before??

This sounds more like a hardware issue rather than software related.

It would be best for you to seek technical support from the reseller you purchased the machine from or the manufacturer - Darkly Labs.
