Enable Rotary Setting Not working

I cannot get the rotary attachment to work properly while having the enable rotary setting enabled. It stretches the image out if I do not use the enable rotary setting. If I do use the enable rotary setting the laser does not do anything. I can adjust the rotary turning radius by using the test button.

This is a blue and white chinese laser with a Rudia RDC6445G(EC) controller. I did search the form but none of the suggestions worked.

I figured it out. Need to use firmware RDLC-V15.01.19. Anything higher will not work since Rudia changed the way the rotary works.
